This application aims to assist individuals in reducing misophonia symptoms by enhancing their muscle relaxation skills when encountering triggers. Misophonia refers to a condition where specific stimuli evoke an intense response, combining emotional and physical reflexes. The app provides a platform to develop the neurological and physical technique of relaxing muscles at will. Customizable features include six music options for relaxation and six background noise choices. To expedite misophonia reduction, a recommended regimen entails three daily sessions over two weeks.
