This application aims to assist individuals in reducing misophonia symptoms by enhancing their muscle relaxation skills when encountering triggers. Misophonia refers to a condition where specific stimuli evoke an intense response, combining emotional and physical reflexes. The app provides a platform to develop the neurological and physical technique of relaxing muscles at will. By achieving muscle relaxation, the impact of misophonia triggers lessens and eventually fades away, emphasizing the importance of regular practice.

The app includes Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) sessions, referred to as Muscle Relaxation Training. This training method forms new neurological pathways allowing targeted muscle relaxation.
